The intention of the Psychology curriculum at Weald of Kent Grammar School is for our students to gain a deeper understanding of human behaviour from many theoretical viewpoints. We want them to investigate and evaluate how behaviour can be shaped by oneself and the wider environment. We also want our students to develop a greater understanding about how the study of Psychology impacts the wider world, using research and data analysis. The study of Psychology helps students gain vital knowledge of the science of the mind and behaviour, ultimately helping us to better understand one another.
