On Saturday 17th January several Weald students represented the Tonbridge District in the Kent Schools Cross Country Championships in Dartford. Congratulations to Cora in 7J who took the individual win in the Year 7 race, Maisie in 7C (21st), Florence in 7F (42nd) and Florence in 7E (50th) helping Tonbridge to finish 2nd team overall, a fantastic achievement. Flavia (9J) was our second individual winner of the day, taking the Junior Girls title with a dominant performance. Holly (13E) caps off our individual winners for the day taking the Senior Girls title in a close race to the line. The Inter Girls were a dominant force packing well with Holly (10H) leading the way in 9th position, backed up by Isabel (11C) in 10th and Isla (11A) in 11th. An outstanding performance by all our runners and we wish those students progressing through to the English Schools Cross Country Championships the very best of luck.
