Weald of Kent girls claim table tennis gold
Our Under-16 table tennis team have done themselves proud, after claiming gold at a Kent School Games regional competition late last month.
Four matches at a venue in Gillingham, involving four girls (13-15 years old), were very close. The players tied their matches 4-4. But the Under-16 team were eventually named winners thanks to a superior points tally. They now face another round of games, as the competition continues this month in London.
Well done girls and good luck.
