Sport Science Lab Experience
Last week, Year 13 PE students spent the day in the Sport Science labs at Canterbury Christchurch University.
They had an opportunity to put theory into practice with a number of lab-based techniques such as testing their lung function and one student completed a VO2 Max test. In the afternoon they did a number of field tests and particularly enjoyed challenging each other (and the teachers) on the reaction wall!
